Bel's turn!!
Today was Izabel's turn for a date with mom. I picked her up from school and we went to Tastee Treet to get a tastee treat! We discussed what our plans were for the evening while we were there.
Here we are! My face looks extra big in this picture!! lol
She decided that we were going to get manicures. She was so excited about this! lol I was pretty excited about it also since I don't remember a time that I ever had a manicure!
She picked out hot pink for the color and then he painted a little blue flower on 2 of her nails. She then wanted to get pedicures after we were done, but I told her that her legs were too short to reach the foot bath so she would have to wait until she was older for that one! We walked around Walmart for a while after this killing some time. We found 2 summer outfits and pj's for Bel and it was only $12 for all of it! She then looked at the toys, but of course there wasn't anything that she just had to have. The girls hardly ever play with toys for some reason. I'm not sure why.
We then went out to eat. Where did she choose to eat you ask? Golden Corral of all places. This is not my favorite restaurant by far! I would rather eat at McDonald's than here, but it was her night to do what she wanted so Golden Corral it was! The balloon guy was there too so she got a pink and white bunny balloon. This guy is totally awesome!! He just works for tips and probably makes a TON the 3 days a week he works there.
We went to McKee's pet store next. I wouldn't mind pet stores so much if they didn't STINK so bad! Why is that? The kids love this place because you can hold the animals and it has a petting zoo outside. Here she is finding nemo! hehe
I can't remember what this guys name was, but he was on sale for $1500. I think we paid that much for Marcus' car and scooter combined!! I can't imagine spending that much on an animal!!
Then of course there was a candy stop. Did you forget who I was on a date with?
And she had to go to bed about an hour after she ate these. I'm surprised she wasn't bouncing off the walls! haha
After this we stopped at the dollar store and she picked out a coloring book. She sat in the book aisle for about 20 minutes reading. It was cute to see her like that.

I love these little one-on-one dates with the kids! Easton has been begging me to do ours again, and it's only been about 2 weeks.
Izabel is so cute, Her nails turned out really pretty.so do you have a child date once a month, You remember when dad & I use to do that with you kids. it was alot of fun.
I wish we had the time and money to do it once a month!! I think it works out that each of them get one on one with and Marcus about every 6 months. Grace saw Izabel's nails and said she wanted to do that next time! yipee for me! haha

Ohhhh....my, look at your huge family!!! Awesome, and you look great! Your family is so adorable. Sorry it took me so long to find you, not so good with the computers...lol! But i sent you a note on facebook cause I want your email.
