Roller Hockey

Marcus and our brother in law Morgan have been playing roller hockey the last few weeks in the rink behind our house. We didn't even know it was there until one day Marcus and the kids went to explore and found a bunch of guys practicing. Marcus being the people person he is asked about it and they told him anyone can play and it is free!! So, Marcus and Morgan have a new sport they are trying out. They combed the secondhand stores for a couple weeks to get their sticks and some for the kids. They take the kids back there every once in a while and they all skate together. I love living in the apartment because we are out of the way, there are softball fields behind us, hockey rink behind us and a playground across the street!! It is great that there is so many activities to chose from. I guess ask me in 4 years if I still like it though. hehe Shelby, we keep trying to get Danny and Shy to apply at this complex cause I think their rent would be cheaper here and the neighborhood is awesome!! They keep saying they would like to live here but won't do anything about it!! Drop hints to them to move here!! hehe
