A day of T-ball
Isabel and Emmett are on the same team this year because Marcus is coaching Grace's team and we couldn't be three people for three different games. So they let Isabel be in the same level as Emmett. They are anxiously awaiting the ball. Every time the ball was hit and Emmett didn't get it, he would run back over to me and say "I didn't get it mom." He only wanted to hit the ball. Isabel did awesome!! For never playing before she sure knew what she was doing!! I am predicting that she will be the one that is good at any sport she tries without much effort.

LOL!! This picture makes me laugh! Emmett's head was big enough without the helmet on!! haha He is conversing with his teammate on first base here. I wish I would have got a picture of him running to first. He had the biggest smile on his face every time he did!!

Hitting it off of the tee. They would pitch three balls to them and if they didn't hit it then they would use the tee. I think they just let Emmett hit off the tee every time though. He could barely lift the bat so I think that was a wise choice!! haha

Isabel didn't have to use the tee at all! She was very good at keeping her eye on the ball and connecting. I hope that one of our kids sticks with baseball/softball. I love watching them play.
Grace had her first game today also. I didn't get any pictures though because by the time this game was over and we headed over to her, the camera battery was dead :( So, we will get some next weekend!! Marcus has 11 kids on his team and the only girls are Grace and Karly. They did really good for their first game. They all had their positions and did pretty well sticking to them. Grace played 1st and Karly played 2nd.
After this we had a cousin swap. Emma came to our house for a sleepover and Grace went to Karly's house. The girls have been begging for one and we figured we would see them today and tomorrow anyways so why not!! I will let you know how church goes tomorrow though!! haha!
