Jam
Me and the kids bought a bunch of strawberries yesterday and decided to make freezer jam out of them. Mom gave me 5 plastic freezer containers so I thought I had enough, I guess it just shows how often I do things like this. After I made the jam and filled those 5 me and the kids had to run to the store looking totally w.t. and buy some more containers! We ended up with 10 containers of jam, and enough left over to make strawberry pancakes for breakfast! I forgot how easy it is to make this jam!! We had alot of fun together :)

I've never made freezer jam, but i like to eat it up! Yummy.
YUMMY! I am a sucker for homemade strawberry jam. Oh no, I'm now drooling on my computer just thinking about it.

I LOVE freezer jam! Every year I think that I'm going to make it but I never do. Maybe this year...
And you will be bringing one of those jams with you when you come to visit in June! Right?!!
